About me

Hello, I'm Marius Stuparu and this website acts as a quick bio and online resumée. It shouldn't be taken too seriously, though, this is not my LinkedIn profile.

I've been in the software world for a while, and what I love most is tackling new challenges and learning as I go. My journey has been all about building things — from solid applications that helped me hone my technical skills to now leading amazing teams.

These days, I focus on building scalable, microservices-based solutions that really make a difference for a business. I'm a big believer in getting the big picture right and then executing with a high level of detail. I'm also really passionate about helping people grow and creating a fun, collaborative team where everyone feels comfortable sharing their unique ideas to solve tough problems.

I am proud to have obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Assisted Engineering from the National Science and Technology University "Politehnica" of Bucharest. In recent years, I've also earned several other credentials, including GitHub Copilot, Scrum, and Magento.

The following sections will give you a quick overview of my professional experience and some of the technologies I work with. If you want to know more or just want to say hi, head to my LinkedIn profile (link above and below).

I was in charge with the technical leadership of the engineering summer internship programs for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024. During the programs, I acted as a learning guide for the engineering internsm helping their development into full-time employees.

I was hired in the first year of existence for the Bucharest tech center, and I contributed to its growth from a startup-like company to the current mature state of a center of excellence.
